Training Programs

CrossFit is a precise combination of exercise and nutrition that has been proven to increase fitness and health for people of all ages and abilities. This is our standard program available to members of CrossFit Envision.
This program is for our members 55+ years old to enjoy and show off with other seasoned veterans of similar skill.
E-30 FIT is for burning calories, losing fat, and toning muscles. Such workouts are going to be for the athlete in need of a great quick workout but not ready for the barbell. E-30 Fit movements will include more endurance-driven exercises with brief intensity bursts.
Envision Mobility and Flexibility program tests and improves your accessible range of motion for the activities that matter to you most while reducing pain.
The classes of Strongman and Strongwoman are all about making you strong by actual movements of practical strength. It’s about getting you ready to lift heavy, awkward everyday objects from point A to point B. We’re going to get you strong to a degree you never previously thought possible.
We create a custom meal plan for you based on your goals and preferences. You can try a one week plan to see what our nutrition coach can do for you.

Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The program is modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter. Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general workout.
No. CrossFit is the program that will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start CrossFit. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness and move you toward your goals.
Yes. CrossFit training is very safe. In CrossFit boxes, credentialed trainers provide precise instructions and coaching to help people move safely and efficiently.
To accomplish your goals faster, we recommend you eat a variety of healthy foods in quantities that support fitness training but not body fat. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
Use a weight that’s manageable for you or use a percentage of the weight prescribed. Replace movements you can’t do with those you can. For more information on scaling and modifying workouts please contact our coaching staff.
